Our operations department at Avsound deals with the daily running of our company, keeping our diverse workload under control.

Installation and Sales require stock and goods to be managed in the warehouse and then allocated to the right job and location in a timley manner. Some of our larger projects have up to 500 loud speakers and associated equipment.

The Service Department require the ability to deal with our customers requests 24 hours a day. We operate an emergency out of hours service for unforseen situations. During normal hours our service team perform duties on Long Term Hire venues and also with Preventative Service Contracts at our customers premises.

Our Hire and Productions department will do an average of 6 hire jobs on a given day. This includes hires prepared for collection from our warehouse to Gala diners with Audio, Lighting, Vision and Staging supplied from our inventory and set up by our technical crew. 

Operations keep the company moving, dealing with demanding deadlines as a norm, and ensuring good communication throughout all departments.
