Manufacturers will provide a standard warranty for equipment that is purchased from any dealer or outlet. As part of each Avsound installation that we supply equipment for and complete we provide a 1 year warranty on all labour, parts and equipment when purchased from Avsound.
This makes Avsound different from almost all other AV installation companies.
Using our 24 hour & 7 day a week call out service on 1300 AVSOUND we will attend to your immediate service issue to keep your systems running.
We can provide service replacement units for warranty work free of charge as long as we have these available in our rental inventory. Or, if not covered by warranty we can provided the service replacement units at a weekly hire rate until your repaired item is returned. In the event that your equipment cannot be economically repaired we will provide a quotation to purchase a suitable replacement.
In addition, if cost is an issue we can discuss Long Term Hire options for any situation starting from a minimum 1 year term.
An added bonus of hiring equipment is that it is fully tax deductable as a company expense, plus Avsound will regularly maintain the equipment.
