Service Department Terms and Conditions

We will provide remedial services as confirmed by the customer or as discovered to meet the customer’s requirements.
In instances where work is related to software, we will install or upgrade your venue control software to the vendor’s specification in line with existing DA limitations where we are aware that such conditions exist.
Estimations & Repairs
A fair estimation on any work required cannot be made without inspection and diagnostic testing. If the client does not wish to proceed with quoted repairs then an estimation fee will be charged. If the estimate is accepted, the estimation fee will be waived and will be deducted from the total repair charge.
Equipment deemed uneconomical to repair in workshop will be disposed of at client’s expense if unclaimed after 3 months.
Equipment repair quotes will be provided in writing on request. All repairs will be made using manufacturer original parts where possible. All equipment repairs carry a 3 month limited warranty. (limited to repaired parts)
Disposal of Uncollected Goods
Goods in workshop not claimed after 3 months of notification of repair cost estimate will be disposed of to recoup repair cost. This is in line with the provision of the relevant State Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act.
Service Replacement Equipment
The Service department will charge nominal weekly fee for the use of replacement equipment (unless under a program). We aim to repair the equipment as quickly as possible after parts have been ordered and delivered to us.
Any damage to substituted equipment is chargeable.
