Acclaimed Chef, Colin Holt has designed a Delightful Italian menu where patrons can enjoy light pasta, fish, steaks and antipasto dishes. Chef Holt has recently won the prestigious Awards for Excellence - Best Bistro Food 2004 at the Woolwich Pier Hotel. Like Woolwich the bistro's produce is delivered fresh every morning 7 days a week, providing only the freshest ingredients considered a hallmark style of Chef Holt.
